If you are not sure what each rank of staff are suppose to do on this site for the sake of asking questions through Owl, please feel free to read below and find more information. Here, you will find their duties and obligations they have for the site. All questions are welcomed for the staff on THP are more willing to help you get started in the Roleplaying realm.

Administrators-[/color]They are the core of the site. They do everything on this site that both Global Moderators and Moderators do. However, on top of this, they are responsible for the coding and updating the look of the site. They are also always looking for possible recruits of staff members to help this site make it easier to maintain the low maintenance of staff obligations of the site. The more the merier, right?
Global Moderators[/b]- Global Moderators are incharged of watching all the boards on the site. They are looking for threads that break the rules of the board or are not in the right place. However, they are still involved with informing members on what is going on with the site if the administrators have failed to do so. All updates they have done should be posted in the Daily Prophet Board.
Moderators- Moderators sole purpose is to help members in specific boards. Rae has done an excellent job in doing this by supporting members with code problems in the support board. Great Job Rae! However, they are also required to do some advertising too ;D Any updates the staff members do should be posted in the Daily Prophet Board.
