Cutter here and I'm ready to get some plotting/relationships going.
Perhaps you know me from somewhere?
I was born and raised in British Columbia Canada, an excellent location for my parents to breed many species of Owls.
I was admitted to Hogwarts, placed in Gryffindor and attended school from 1971 - 1978. My classes were Potions, DADA, Occlumency, Legilimency, Charms, Transfiguration, Herbology and my parents made me take Care of Magical Creatures. I was a member of the Dueling Club as well.
I would have gone to school with anyone in the Marauders era, I would have seen Lucius Malfoy during my first two (his last two) years of school.
From there I applied to be trained as an Auror 1978 - Present
I would have been a fully trained, but fairly new Auror at the time Voldemort fell.
I believed the rumors that Voldemort was not dead, once word spread of Harry Potter encountering him in school.
I was scheduled to assist in the protection of students and visitors, during the Tri-Wizard Cup. However an incident at Borgin & Burkes on October 13th 1994, hospitalized my partner and I. I was fit to return to duty June 25, 1995.

Could I have put you in Azkaban? I am more than happy to hunt down all who deserve to go back there, as soon as I hear that you're out.
Many of my plans will be disrupted by Moira, after I meet her.
