Someone hunting Down Jakob

Hey guys. At the moment, I am looking for someone whom is an Auror with a serious grudge on Jakob. WIih Jakob now out of Azkaban, he is a wanted wizard. I was hoping that whomever wants to be this person would be someone who's first priority is to hunt him down and bring him back to the cages. Possible grudges can be as creative as you want. I am all open for ideas.
