Posting Template for Code Support

Hey, just a thought here. I was wondering if we could have a posting template that people could fill out when they are asking help on codes that are not working on their browser. Perhaps the information used could be shown like this

Browser: What browser you are using?
Code: What code seems to be the problem with you?
Problem: State your problem.

Just a quick template there. I do not think it should be that complicated, but it should be something similar to what I have to save time on asking what browser people are using etc.

I know a code that we can use to to make a fill in the blank thing.

Same. I found it on Proboards Support. I couldke it if you are too busy. I would just need to know what kind of information you want it to have.
