Dear Members New and Old,
To start things off, there are a few reasons why I have made the attatchment character template rather than having an outline and a code for everyone to follow. My reasons are:

1.) For the sake of organization! As you will see soon, the character template is neat and kind to all members who are willing to work a little bit harder in order to have a Class A profile. This template is designed for both experienced and first-time roleplayers. You will find hints in the comment boxes, and suggestions with the links provided all in one document. It is really great. Just give it a try, and I am sure you will like it a lot!

2.) Editing: I have made this because it is easier for staff members to give imputs on your character descriptions. Staff members will now be able to place comments on your document and resubmit them to you in a nice and convinient way. Before, staff members had to express their problems to members by quoting what they wrote and then submitting it. After quite a few quotes, the post really stretches, and I... I hate the look of it . This should be an easier way to finish things and check off what you need to do in order to write in the RP world.


When you are finished with your profile, simply start a new thread, upload the document, and post it in this board. A staff member will download the document, and if everything is A.O.K., then you will begin in the roleplaying world. However, don't assume that everything is perfect. You may need to go over your character description again in order to have a great character description. A staff member will reply to your post if that is needed.

Once you are accepted, then you are ready to Role Play with the gang! Good luck with making your profile, and we hope this new change doesn't effect your activity on our site. We are very excited that you have picked THP: A Harry Potter RP Site. With hard work and dedication, you will find yourself in the world sooner than you know, and with an experienced group of 'witches and wizards', whom are eager to post with your new character, you will find your stay as comforting as The Burrow .If you have any problems with this download, please go to the support board and ask your questions away! A staff member or member will be with you shortly.

Hint:[/i] by having an original face, you may find it easier to be submitted into a society or a job in the wizarding world. No one likes to see everyone be common celebrities like 'Lil Wayne' or 'Beyonce'. Be someone no one has ever seen before! It might make your RP experience more enjoyable. ;D Try also pic ka character that is not too stunning either. That is just plain unbelievable

If you can not download the template we have (or do not like the templates we have up), you are more than free to either make your own template or copy another template from another site. However, please note that the template yo uare using should have the same crudentials as our template has. This means that every single title (such as Name, Date, Blood Status, etc,) should be in your template as it is in ours. Doesn't have to be in any particular order. It just has to be in there.

Also follow other people's copywrite issues too. if you can not copy the template onto our site due to someone's ownship, DON'T. We will delete the post immediatly.

Finally, if you are using someone else's temaplte, please place the URL to where you are getting it from. That way, we can check to see if it is o.k. for you to use another site's template.
